About the Programme

Based on the principles of John P. Kotter and combines 2 roles of the senior executives - leading and managing.

Meets modern trends of business education: action learning, actual learning projects, blended learning.

During the modules of the programme the world-renowned cases and the cases of Ukrainian companies are studied.

 

Built on Henry Mintzberg's approach to 5 components of management: self management, context management, organization management, collaboration management and change management.

Directed on applied project-based learning: throughout the programme, participants work on a group business project that promotes innovative breakthrough ideas and changes.

Business simulations are used to broaden the horizons of perception and develop the skills of an innovative and systematic approach to doing business.
